These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://in8tm.com and the purchase or use of services and products offered by in8 Technology Management.
By using this website, booking a consultation, accepting a quotation or proposal, making a payment, or otherwise engaging in8 Technology Management to provide services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About in8 Technology Management
in8 Technology Management (“in8”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a registered business name operated as a sole-trader business in Trinidad and Tobago.

2. Our Services
in8 provides business, marketing and technology services that may include:
- digital marketing and customer acquisition
- advertising campaign setup and management
- content creation and production
- websites and landing pages
- customer relationship management systems
- automation and integrations
- e-commerce and booking systems
- technology consulting and implementation
- project management and project delivery
- technology equipment sourcing and supply
- training, support and related professional services
The exact services, deliverables, timelines and fees applicable to a client engagement will normally be stated in a quotation, proposal, invoice, scope of work, service agreement or other written communication.
3. Quotations, Proposals and Acceptance
Quotations and proposals are valid for the period stated on the document. If no validity period is stated, in8 may revise pricing or availability before an engagement is accepted.
A project or service may be considered accepted when the client:
- approves the quotation or proposal;
- signs an agreement;
- confirms acceptance in writing;
- pays a required deposit or invoice; or
- otherwise instructs in8 to begin work.
Where a project-specific quotation, proposal or agreement contains terms that differ from these general Terms and Conditions, the project-specific terms will apply to that engagement.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices may be quoted in Trinidad and Tobago dollars, United States dollars, Eastern Caribbean dollars or another agreed currency.
Unless otherwise stated:
- quoted prices do not include third-party costs;
- advertising spend is separate from in8’s professional fees;
- platform subscriptions, hosting, domains, software licences, payment-processing fees and similar costs are separate unless expressly included;
- applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, courier fees and foreign-exchange costs may be added where relevant; and
- work may not begin until the required payment or deposit has been received.
Payment terms stated on an invoice, quotation or proposal form part of the agreement between the client and in8.
Late or outstanding payments may result in work, advertising, hosting, support or access to services being paused until the account is brought up to date.
5. Deposits and Project Commencement
Where a deposit or upfront payment is required, the payment reserves project capacity and may also cover planning, research, setup, procurement, administrative work and other activities undertaken before visible deliverables are produced.
Once work has commenced, amounts already applied to completed work, committed resources, third-party purchases or project preparation are not refundable except where otherwise agreed or required by law.
A payment does not guarantee a particular launch or completion date unless that date has been expressly agreed in writing.
6. Consultations and Appointments
Consultations and appointments may be booked through our online booking system or arranged directly with in8.
Booking a consultation does not create an obligation for in8 to accept a project, enter into a business relationship or provide services beyond the scheduled consultation.
Clients should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations or misuse of the booking system may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Where a consultation or appointment is provided for a fee, any applicable payment, cancellation or refund conditions will be communicated at the time of booking or otherwise form part of the applicable service terms.
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened consultation where another appointment is scheduled immediately afterwards.
in8 may reschedule or cancel an appointment where reasonably necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify the client and arrange an alternative time where appropriate.
Online consultations may rely on third-party communication or meeting services such as Microsoft Teams. in8 is not responsible for interruptions, outages or technical failures caused by third-party platforms or by the client’s internet connection, device or equipment.
Booking availability shown through our booking system is subject to change and does not guarantee availability until the booking has been successfully confirmed.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing information, materials, approvals, credentials and feedback reasonably required for in8 to perform the agreed work.
This may include:
- logos and brand assets;
- photographs or video;
- product and service information;
- pricing;
- website or account access;
- advertising account access;
- legal or regulatory information;
- approvals; and
- timely responses to questions or requests.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to in8 is accurate and that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content, trademarks, photographs, video, customer data or other materials supplied.
Delays caused by missing information, access, content or approvals may affect the project schedule.
8. Revisions and Scope Changes
The number of revisions included in a project will be stated in the applicable quotation, proposal or service description where relevant.
A revision means a reasonable modification to work already produced within the agreed scope.
Requests that materially change the original brief, add new deliverables, introduce new functionality or require work outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Additional work will not normally begin until the client approves any associated fee.
9. Advertising and Marketing Services
Where in8 provides advertising or customer-acquisition services, we may provide strategy, content, targeting, campaign setup, campaign management, landing pages, lead capture, tracking, automation or related services.
Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn or other providers is separate from in8’s professional fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Advertising platforms control their own:
- policies;
- approvals;
- account restrictions;
- delivery systems;
- algorithms;
- auctions;
- pricing; and
- technical infrastructure.
in8 cannot guarantee that an advertisement will be approved, that an account will remain unrestricted, or that a platform will produce any particular level of traffic, leads, enquiries or sales.
10. No Guarantee of Business Results
Marketing, advertising, technology and consulting services involve factors outside in8’s control.
While we work to improve the systems and activities within our scope, we do not guarantee any particular:
- number of leads;
- number of customers;
- sales volume;
- revenue;
- profit;
- return on advertising spend;
- search-engine ranking;
- conversion rate; or
- other commercial result.
Results may depend on factors including the client’s offer, pricing, reputation, responsiveness, sales process, competition, market conditions, budget and customer demand.
Any forecasts, targets, projections, estimates or examples are provided for planning purposes and are not guarantees of future performance.
11. Content Creation and Production
Content services may include graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, photography, video production, copywriting, AI-assisted production or combinations of these services.
The precise production method will depend on the package or scope purchased.
Where a client supplies photographs, video, music, logos or other materials, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights to permit in8 to use those materials for the project.
Third-party stock assets, music, fonts, software, templates or other licensed materials may remain subject to the licence terms of their respective owners.
12. Websites, Systems and Integrations
Where in8 builds or configures websites, CRM systems, automation, integrations, e-commerce systems or other technology, the service may depend on third-party platforms, software or infrastructure.
in8 is not responsible for interruptions, changes, limitations, security incidents, pricing changes, discontinued features or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Where practical, clients should maintain their own accounts and ownership of critical domains, hosting, advertising accounts, CRM platforms and other business systems.
Compatibility with future versions of third-party software cannot be guaranteed unless ongoing maintenance or support is included.
13. Third-Party Services and Costs
A project may require products or services supplied by third parties.
These may include:
- domain registration;
- website hosting;
- advertising platforms;
- software subscriptions;
- payment processors;
- email services;
- CRM platforms;
- booking services;
- stock assets;
- telecommunications services;
- courier services; and
- other technology providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability and privacy practices.
Unless expressly included in the agreed price, third-party charges are the client’s responsibility.
in8 is not responsible for changes made by third-party providers after a project has been quoted or completed.
14. Cancellations
A client may request cancellation of a project or service by contacting in8.
Cancellation does not automatically create an entitlement to a full refund.
Where cancellation occurs after work has begun, in8 may retain or charge amounts reasonably attributable to:
- work already completed;
- project planning and setup;
- time already committed;
- content or assets already produced;
- licences or subscriptions purchased;
- advertising spend already incurred;
- supplier commitments;
- equipment orders;
- transaction charges; and
- other non-recoverable costs.
Any remaining refundable balance will be determined based on the work completed and costs already incurred at the date of cancellation.
Project-specific cancellation terms may also be included in a quotation, proposal or agreement.
15. Refunds
Refund requests are assessed according to the nature of the product or service purchased, the stage of the engagement and any project-specific terms agreed with the client.
Unless otherwise stated:
Before work begins
Where a client cancels before substantive work has begun, in8 may refund amounts paid less any non-recoverable transaction fees, purchases, supplier charges or other costs already incurred.
After work begins
Once work has begun, fees attributable to work already performed are not refundable.
Where only part of a project has been completed, any refund will be based on the unperformed portion of the agreed scope after deducting completed work and non-recoverable costs.
Completed services
Fees for services that have already been completed and delivered are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Advertising spend and third-party charges
Amounts already paid or committed to advertising platforms, software providers, suppliers or other third parties cannot normally be refunded by in8 unless the relevant third party refunds the amount to us.
Digital and custom work
Custom designs, advertising assets, video, websites, configurations, strategy, consulting, software setup and other bespoke work are produced specifically for the client and are generally not refundable once substantially completed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Recurring and Monthly Services
Some services may be billed monthly or on another recurring basis.
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, a client may request cancellation before the next billing period.
Fees for a service period that has already begun are generally not prorated or refunded where work or service capacity has already been provided for that period.
Any advertising spend, subscriptions or other commitments already incurred remain payable.
17. Equipment and Physical Products
Where in8 sources, imports or supplies equipment or other physical products, the applicable quotation may include the product cost together with shipping, handling, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, foreign-exchange costs, procurement fees or other applicable charges.
Product availability and delivery estimates may depend on suppliers, couriers, customs authorities and other third parties.
Estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
18. Returns of Physical Products
Returns of physical products will depend on the nature of the item, its condition, the supplier’s return policy, applicable warranty terms and applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed, products that have been specially sourced, imported or ordered for a particular client may not be returnable merely because the client changes their mind after the order has been placed.
If equipment is defective, damaged or materially different from what was ordered, the client should notify in8 as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty applies, in8 may assist the client with the warranty process, but the warranty remains subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s terms.
Shipping, customs, duties and other non-recoverable third-party charges may not be refundable unless required by law or recovered from the relevant supplier.
19. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, in8 retains ownership of its pre-existing:
- processes;
- methods;
- frameworks;
- templates;
- systems;
- code libraries;
- know-how; and
- other intellectual property used to perform the work.
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to final custom deliverables expressly produced for that client to the extent stated in the applicable project agreement.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.
Editable source files, working files, raw footage, project files, development environments or internal production materials are not automatically included unless expressly stated in the project scope.
20. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless confidentiality has been agreed or the nature of the engagement reasonably requires confidentiality, in8 may identify completed work as part of its portfolio and may display publicly available final deliverables for the purpose of demonstrating its services.
Confidential client information, private customer data and non-public business information will not be intentionally published for promotional purposes.
Clients may request that a project remain confidential.
21. Confidentiality
Each party should treat confidential information received from the other party with reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
Confidential information does not include information that:
- is already publicly available;
- becomes public through no breach of confidentiality;
- was already lawfully known to the receiving party; or
- must be disclosed by law or lawful authority.
22. Personal Data and Privacy
Personal information collected through the website or in connection with our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where a client provides in8 with access to customer, employee, lead or other personal information in connection with a project, the client remains responsible for ensuring that the collection and use of that information is lawful and appropriately disclosed to the individuals concerned.
23. Project Delays and Inactivity
Where a project cannot proceed because the client has not provided required information, content, approvals or access, in8 may pause the project.
Where a project remains inactive for an extended period, in8 may reschedule the remaining work based on current availability.
Restarting a substantially delayed project may require a revised timeline or additional fee where the delay creates additional work.
24. Suspension or Termination
in8 may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary, including where:
- invoices remain unpaid;
- the client materially breaches an agreement;
- required cooperation is repeatedly withheld;
- continued work would violate applicable law or third-party platform rules;
- the engagement involves abusive, fraudulent or unlawful activity; or
- continued performance becomes impractical because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Fees for work already completed and costs already incurred remain payable following termination.
25. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
You must not knowingly:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems;
- introduce malicious software;
- misuse forms or communication systems;
- scrape or reproduce protected website content without permission; or
- use the website in connection with fraudulent or unlawful activity.
26. Website Information
We aim to keep information on this website accurate and current but do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current or error-free.
Service descriptions, availability and pricing may change.
Where website information differs from a quotation, proposal or agreement issued specifically to a client, the client-specific document will govern that engagement.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in8 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or purely economic losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including losses resulting from third-party platforms, service interruptions, account restrictions, supplier failures or changes to external technology.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
28. Events Outside Our Control
in8 will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control.
These may include severe weather, natural disasters, power or telecommunications failures, internet outages, cyber incidents, government action, supplier disruption, platform outages, industrial action, transportation disruption or similar events.
Where possible, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and resume affected work.
29. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology or applicable requirements.
The current version will be published on this website together with the date it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively alter a separately agreed client contract unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
30. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the provision of services by in8 will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Trinidad and Tobago, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
